Personal data that we process
iquip B.V. processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. We process the following personal data:
- First and last names
- Address details
- Phone number(s), mobile and business
- Job position
- Company data (trade name, address details, Chamber of Commerce number, legal form, bank account number, website)
- E-mail addresses
- IP address
- Location details
- Data about your activity on our website
- Internet browser and device type
Special or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors younger than 16, unless they have the permission of their parent or guardian. However, we are unable to determine whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents keep track of their children’s online activity so as to prevent data about them being collected without parental consent.
If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at email@example.com and we will delete the data.
Purpose and basis for processing personal data

iquip B.V. does not take decisions on the basis of automated processing regarding matters that may have significant consequences for individuals. That means decisions being made by computer programs or systems without a human being (for example an employee of iquip B.V.) being involved.
How long do we retain personal data?
iquip B.V. will not retain your personal data for any longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
iquip B.V. will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide that data if this is necessary in order to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a data processing agreement with any companies that process your data on our behalf, so as to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. iquip B.V. remains responsible for this third-party processing.
Cookies (or similar technology) that we use
You can disable cookies by configuring your Internet browser so that it no longer stores them.
Via your browser’s settings, you can also delete all data that has been stored previously.
Inspecting, altering, or deleting data
You have the right to inspect, correct, or delete your personal data. You are entitled to withdraw the consent you may have given for that data to be processed or object to the processing of your personal data by iquip B.V. You also have the right to “data portability”, which means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation that you specify.
You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data or withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to firstname.lastname@example.org. To confirm that you are the person who has submitted the request for inspection, we ask that you attach a copy of your ID document to the request. In the copy, you should blacken out the photo, the MRZ (the machine readable zone, i.e. the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number, and your Citizen Service Number [Burgerservicenummer, “BSN”]. That is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.

How we protect your personal data
iquip B.V. takes protecting your personal data very seriously and we put appropriate measures in place to prevent any misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, or unauthorised modification.
