Project Leader Rental

For our rental department, we are looking for an experienced Project Leader Rental. In this role, you are responsible for guiding and coordinating audiovisual rental projects, from preparation through to execution and delivery.

You act as the key link between clients, technology and execution. You monitor planning, quality and budget, ensuring that projects run smoothly and according to agreement. With your organisational skills and technical insight, you make a direct contribution to successful project delivery.

What will you do?
• Guide and coordinate audiovisual rental projects
• Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams
• Create and monitor project schedules and run sheets
• Lead technicians and freelancers during project execution
• Identify and resolve organisational and technical challenges

What do we expect from you?
• HBO-level work and thinking ability, or demonstrable relevant experience
• Experience as a project leader within audiovisual rental
• Technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, customer-focused and stress-resistant attitude
• Flexible availability, including outside regular working hours
• Living in the Randstad area
• In possession of a valid driving licence (B)
