AV Manager

For our organisation, we are looking for an experienced AV Manager. In this role, you lead the audiovisual team and are responsible for technical project management within our rental and service activities.

You safeguard the quality of our audiovisual services and ensure projects are well prepared and executed. You are involved in planning, project development and the preparation and follow-up of quotations. With your technical expertise and leadership, you provide structure, clarity and a high standard of execution.

What will you do?
• Lead and support the audiovisual team
• Monitor quality, planning and execution of projects
• Develop technical projects and solutions
• Prepare, manage and follow up on quotations
• Coordinate with clients, colleagues and partners
• Identify and improve processes and workflows

What do we expect from you?
• HBO-level work and thinking ability, or demonstrable relevant experience
• Experience in a managerial role within the audiovisual sector
• Excellent technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment
• Experience with project development and quotation processes
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Acoaching, result-driven and proactive mindset
• Flexible and stress-resistant
• Living in the Randstad area
• In possession of a valid driving licence (B)
